BOOKING INFORMATION
- Tariffs include continental breakfast.
- Special rates are available only
to agistors, their families, competitors and riders.
- Special rates also
apply for adult group bookings of over 30 people with a minimum
2 day stay.
- For children, special rates apply which includes continental
breakfast and set dinner menu, group bookings of 30 children
or more $55 per person, group bookings of 15-30 children $66
per person
both
with a minimum 2 day stay.
- Rooms are fully services but only if normal
room rates are being paid.
- Infants are free, if no bed is required, otherwise
a charge of $22 per night shall apply, also applicable
for children under 6 years of age.
- On day of checking out your room must be vacated by
10.00 am but if required luggage storage can be arranged.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- During the winter season minimum booking periods
apply, with skiers packages available. Number
of persons sharing: 2 persons twin/double (queen size), 3rd person
sofa
bed, 4th
person
emergency bed.
- After making a booking, a 50%
deposit must be received within 5 days. This should be accompanied by
a letter stating clearly the name, address, telephone numbers and booking
time.
- If you wish to cancel or transfer
your booking, your deposit is refundable less 20% fee, provided your
advice is RECEIVED IN WRITING FOUR WEEKS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF YOUR
HOLIDAY.
- BALANCE OF FEES MUST BE PAID
ON ARRIVAL IN EITHER CASH, TRAVELLER CHEQUE, CREDIT CARD (BANKCARD,
MASTERCARD, VISA) or EFTPOS. Personal cheques will be accepted for
deposits pending clearance, but WILL NOT be accepted for the balance
payment
on arrival.
- Any
theft or breakage is the responsibility of the guest and must be paid
for on departure.
- Your booking is effective from
2pm onwards on the day of arrival and is valid until 6pm that day,
unless
ADVICE OF LATE ARRIVAL is received.
- WARNING - Patrons using the
facilities provided by the Resort should exercise proper care for
the
safety of themselves and others. The owners of the Resort, their staff
and agents accept NO responsibility whatsoever for guests, visitors
or their possessions whilst they remain in the Resort, insurance is
advisable.
- Compliance with Resort rules
and notices is required as a condition of entry.
- We will make every effort to
keep the prices quoted effective, but we reserve the right to change
tariff and conditions of booking without notice if unavoidable.
