BOOKING INFORMATION
- Special rates also
for adult group bookings of over 30 people with a minimum
2 day stay.
- For children U12, special rates apply for meals and accommodation.
- Special rates available for group bookings of 15 children
or more, with a minimum 2 day stay.
- Rooms are serviced on request (except Horseshoe Lodge).
- Infants may stay for free if they do not require a bed (cots available for a charge).
- On day of checking out your room must be vacated by
10.00 am but if required luggage storage can be arranged.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
If booking is made by an agent the customer is bound by the rules and conditions as set out by the agent. After making a booking a 50% deposit must be received by credit card, cash or cheque within 7 days.
If you wish to cancel or transfer your booking your deposit is refundable less 20% (cancellation fee) provided you cancel 6 weeks prior to the date booked. There is no refund if less than 6 weeks notice is given.
Balance of fees must be paid on arrival in cash, cheque or credit card(no American Express or Diners Club). A 2% surcharge will apply when paying tariff balance by credit card. Any theft or breakage is the responsibility of the guest and must be paid for on departure.
Your booking is effective from 2.00pm onwards on the day of arrival. Please advise staff if you plan to arrive after 6pm.
Warning - Patrons using the facilities provided by the resort should exercise proper care and safety of themselves and others. The owners of the resort, their staff and agents accept NO responsibility whatsoever for guests, visitors or their possessions whilst they remain in the resort, insurance is advisable. Compliance with resort rules and notices is required as a condition of entry.
We will make every effort to keep prices quoted effective, but we must reserve the right to change tariff and conditions of booking without notice if unavoidable.
